The Golf & Gift Shop has already been chosen as the Illinois PGA Public Golf Shop of the year. Whisper Creek was designed by PGA Hall of Famer Billy Casper and nationally acclaimed golf course architect Greg Nash. The course features a 240-acre landscape highlighted by protected wetland environments, breathtaking rock formations, and cascading waterfalls.

Each hole is designed with eye-pleasing accents such as lush bent grass fairways, white sand filled bunkers and groves of mature oak trees. Whisper Creek features four distinct tee locations, offering a challenge to players of all skill levels. From the tips, the course plays 7,103 yards with a Chicago District Golf Association rating of 73.9 and a slope of 131.
